100% Permanent Project Manager (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete project management, from the preparation phase through to execution and closure
• Organise and plan the resources necessary for the smooth running of the sites
• Supervise the progress of work on technical, financial and organisational levels
• Coordinate internal teams, partners and various stakeholders
• Guarantee respect for deadlines, budget, quality requirements and applicable standards
• Manage client relationships, respond to their needs and ensure quality follow-up
• Anticipate potential difficulties, manage changes and implement necessary corrective actions
• Provide site team supervision and contribute to their professional support
• Ensure compliance with safety rules as well as company procedures and standards
• Guarantee administrative follow-up of projects and prepare reports required by management

Profile

• Federal VET Diploma in electricity, with higher education or a federal diploma, an advantage
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project or technical site management
• Strong skills in planning, organisation and priority management
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Initiative, autonomy, rigour and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of French, with good knowledge of another language appreciated
• Comfortable with common IT tools
