Internal Sales Clerk 80-100% (a)

Your tasks:
In this versatile role, you manage customer orders throughout the entire administrative process, from quotation to invoicing. You ensure timely and qualitatively flawless processing. You coordinate internal workflows and actively participate in the processing. In your role, you maintain close communication with internal departments and have an open ear for customer concerns. Additionally, you maintain master and order data, monitor deadlines, and contribute to efficient processes with your structured working style. Furthermore, you support your team with other tasks as they arise and make an important contribution to smooth daily operations.
 
Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• At least two years of experience in a similar position
• Very good German skills and good English skills, additional languages welcome
• Confident use of common MS Office applications and ERP systems
• Structured, reliable, precise, and independent working style
• High service orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with various contacts
