Your missions:

• Carry out maintenance, cleaning and upkeep work of the service premises, including the holding areas.
• Manage and perform maintenance and monitoring of building installations.
• Ensure respect for the premises and equipment.
• Participate in various tasks according to operational needs (minor repairs, waste disposal, sorting and recycling).
• Perform administrative tasks related to cleaning and stock management.

What we expect from you:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a cleaning agent or equivalent qualification desired.
• Proven experience in maintenance and caretaking required.
• Good knowledge of cleaning products.
• Discretion, integrity and a spirit of mutual support.
• Good physical condition.
• Autonomy, initiative and flexibility (split hours: 06:00-11:00 / 15:30-18:30).
