Your tasks
- Customer care: Gradual takeover and consulting of the existing customer base in the German-speaking part of Switzerland in the field.
- Market development: Support in actively expanding the customer base and accompanying new customer projects.
- Quotation management: Assistance in preparing offers and processing tenders.
- Negotiation: Preparation and gradual independent conduct of price and contract negotiations.
- Project management: Accompanying the entire project and order processing in close cooperation with the internal sales department.
- Events: Active participation in exhibitions, trade fairs and customer events.
- Innovation: Support in the development of new products and services through market feedback.
Your profile
- Education: Basic technical training (e.g. electrical engineering, automation technician) with a strong affinity for the commercial sector or corresponding further training (e.g. technical sales assistant in training or recently completed).
- Experience: Initial professional experience in a technical environment or first practice in sales/internal sales; ideally you already have some field sales experience (no long-term experience required).
- Mindset: High customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and a confident, winning manner.
- Languages: German as a native language is a prerequisite, other languages such as English and French are an advantage.
- Working style: Enjoyment of intensive customer contact, communicative strength as well as a structured and organised way of working.
- Personality: You are a motivated team player who feels comfortable in a 7-person sales team. Communication skills, empathy, social competence and networked thinking characterise you.
