Your mission:

Logistics & Compliance

• Organise, invoice and monitor deliveries and exports (ERP, WEB EDI, B2B client platforms).
• Carry out shipments according to incoterms (BL, invoicing, documentary bundle).
• Ensure customs compliance and master the associated regulations.

Optimisation & Innovation

• Identify and propose optimisation levers to gain efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales and client services to streamline processes.

Management of contingencies & Continuous improvement

• Resolve logistical emergencies and participate in external inventories if necessary.
• Respect escalation procedures and contribute to process improvement.

Required technical skills:

• Expertise in compliance: mastery of customs declarations, customs duties
• "Freight forwarder" profile appreciated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Sensitivity to new technologies: AI, automation
• Fluent English
• German is an asset

Your profile:

• Proven experience of at least 3 years on SAP
• Proven experience in international freight
