Actively shape with us:

• You take on the role of consultant on behalf of both candidates and clients and successfully guide both through the recruitment process
• To always maintain momentum, you continuously expand your portfolio by acquiring open positions by phone and sustainably maintaining client relationships
• You take over the entire applicant management; you review applications, send rejections, and invite candidates to an initial interview with us
• To ensure we always have enough specialists in our candidate pool, you create exciting job advertisements that appeal to the target audience
• Organisation is not a foreign word to you - you plan your week independently and also coordinate appointments for your clients and candidates

What we expect from you:

• You are communicative, empathetic and have a confident demeanour. Thanks to these attributes, communication with your contact groups comes easily to you
• To be prepared for our journey, you gladly face new challenges, are ambitious and highly prioritise teamwork
• A completed degree (HF/FH/Uni) in business administration, psychology, tourism or a completed commercial apprenticeship with initial professional experience in HR or sales
• You communicate fluently in German and can advantageously express yourself in English
