Our client, an internationally active industrial company, is looking from 1 October or by arrangement for a HR Generalist for a 80% workload. We are looking for an experienced individual who enjoys tackling topics such as payroll, personnel administration, project work and the supervision of apprentices and who takes pleasure in a wide range of tasks.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You will take over the entire personnel administration from A to Z for 230 employees
• You are independently responsible for timely payroll processing and actively participate in the preparation of annual and monthly financial statements
• You enjoy supervising the company’s apprentices
• You apply your versatile expertise in participating in HR projects

You offer your new employer:

• You have a Swiss federal HR specialist certificate and have already further trained in payroll or social insurance
• You have at least four years of professional experience in a comparable role
• You communicate confidently in German and can also communicate well in English
• Your working style is independent, networked and reliable; communication skills, discretion and loyalty help you to act independently in a dynamic environment with many parallel topics
