Processing and monitoring Swiss import and export transactions
Clarification of customs issues with authorities, suppliers and internal specialist departments
Determination of goods origin and application of free trade agreements
Maintenance and further development of customs applications and relevant system processes
Preparation of controls and audits in the area of trade compliance
Coordination of replenishment transports and monitoring of logistical deviations
Conducting root cause analyses for quality and delivery problems
Conducting logistics audits and implementing defined improvement measures
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification with export-related further training
Several years of experience in international logistics or foreign trade
Sound knowledge of Swiss customs and origin law
Experience with SAP, MS Office as well as transport, warehouse or customs systems
User knowledge of common customs software solutions such as AEB or GTS
Analytical approach, high personal responsibility and reliable working style
Very good German skills and good English skills; French is an advantage
