Role:
In managed services operations, reliability counts more than spectacle. This is exactly where your strength lies. You keep customer infrastructures running and handle requests and incidents promptly. You monitor network and firewall environments and detect anomalies early. You use maintenance windows purposefully for updates and improvements. Exchange with the engineering teams ensures sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for operating customer infrastructures in the managed services environment
You competently handle service requests, incidents, problems and changes
You coordinate closely with the engineering teams
You plan and carry out maintenance work in customer and internal environments
You operate monitoring and event management systems
Additionally, you capture customer needs and pass them on to the sales organisation
Qualifications:
You have experience as an IT supporter in 2nd/3rd level or as a system technician
You have expertise in operating and monitoring LAN, WLAN and firewall infrastructures
You work in a structured, reliable and solution-oriented manner
You keep an overview even with parallel tasks
You appreciate teamwork and customer contact
You have a good command of German and possess technical English skills
