Our partner, a Swiss industrial company firmly established in the canton of Fribourg, specialises in the design, manufacture and execution of technical projects for the construction sector. To strengthen its teams, we are looking for a:

Your main responsibilities:

-Understand clients' needs and support them throughout the project.
-Plan, organise and manage projects respecting deadlines, costs and resources.
-Ensure coordination between clients, suppliers, the technical office, production and assembly teams.
-Manage the technical, contractual and administrative aspects of projects.
-Anticipate risks, identify constraints and propose suitable solutions.
-Guarantee compliance with quality, safety standards and contractual requirements.
-Ensure rigorous follow-up and maintain a trusting relationship with various partners. Your profile:

-Technical training in metal construction, building, civil engineering, mechanics or equivalent training.
-Proven experience in project management or site supervision, ideally in the construction sector.
-Excellent organisational, planning and coordination skills.
-Ease in communication with clients, partners and internal teams.
-Proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of AutoCAD, HiCAD or other drawing software is an asset.
-Autonomous, rigorous personality, solution-oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility.
