Implementation of requirements with a focus on clean code, sustainable architecture, and meaningful test coverage
Responsibility for quality, maintainability, and extensibility of the code as well as operation of the software (DevOps)
Open and transparent communication within the team, active exchange of constructive feedback
Shaping the agile process, short iterations, and small work packages for maximum customer benefit
Independent handling of tasks with high creative freedom
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in software development with various technologies
Very good knowledge of C#/.NET or Python as well as Vue with TypeScript
Experience with mathematical optimisation models
Knowledge of cloud computing; ideally experience with Kubernetes
Understanding and application of agile principles
Very good German language skills
