What is my role?

• You take care of and advise our patients at reception and on the phone

• You coordinate appointments and ensure a smooth practice workflow

• You assist with examinations and minor procedures

• You perform blood draws, ECGs, X-rays and other routine medical tasks

• You manage patient records and billing

• You prepare treatment rooms and ensure hygiene and safety standards

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)

• Ideally, you have some initial professional experience

• You enjoy working in a team and like dealing with people

• You are organised, reliable and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• You are confident in using common IT programmes and practice software
