Project Manager Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 100,000Our client is an established building services company from Central Switzerland specialising in heating, sanitary, and solar technology. The company accompanies construction projects from planning to execution and places great emphasis on quality, energy efficiency, and practical solutions.
The focus is on demanding projects in new builds and renovations, where modern tools such as CAD (Bausoft) and Abacus AbaBau are used. In addition to technical implementation, the company also provides apprentice training and actively promotes professional development within the team.
As our client, the company impresses with a strong regional presence, many years of industry experience, and a clear focus on sustainable, economical building services solutions.
Responsibilities:
Management and organisation of heating projects of various sizes
Technical planning with CAD Bausoft and preparation of quotations with Abacus (AbaBau)
Support of existing customers as well as active involvement in acquiring new customers
Leadership and deployment planning of the assigned installation teams
Support and promotion of apprentice heating installers EFZ
Qualifications:
Completed basic training in heating technology or several years of professional experience in a comparable role
Ideally further training as a building services planner, chief installer, or technician HF heating
Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented working style
Very good IT user skills, especially in handling AbaBau (Abacus)
