Junior Billing Manager (M/F/X)

SEIC is a distributor of electrical energy and heat in six municipalities of the region and its 83 employees are also active in the field of energy efficiency, electrical installations, telematics, home automation and security solutions, and multimedia services through its participation in netplus.ch SA.

We are looking to strengthen our billing department:

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the administrative management of clients
• Carry out billing of utilities (electricity, water, multimedia)
• Respond to all customer enquiries regarding billing and services
• Perform daily account changes
• Collaborate with various departments

Your profile:

• Commercial employee apprenticeship certificate or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in customer relations or administration
• Knowledge of the electricity market is a major advantage
• Strong proficiency with IT tools and billing software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French
• Rigour, precision, organisational skills, and ability to follow procedures
• Interpersonal skills and ease of contact to respond to various customer requests
• Versatility, autonomy, sense of priorities and ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment
• Good knowledge of English (B1 level), an asset
