Team Leader 80% Social - Fribourg
Our client, a recognised organisation in the social action sector, is seeking a Team Leader for the Social Assistance Service (80%) on a permanent contract (CDI) to strengthen the management of its teams based in the canton of Fribourg.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, support and develop a team of professionals by promoting collaboration, autonomy and quality of service.
- Organise and oversee the service’s activities, ensure the distribution of cases and support staff in managing complex situations.
- Participate in the integration and skills development of new team members through a pedagogical and structured approach.
- Ensure compliance with the legal framework of social assistance, notably LASoc and the principle of subsidiarity.
- Control and validate the administrative and financial aspects of cases, including the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and processes.
Candidate Profile
- Training in social work or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in team management within a social, associative, parapublic or similar environment.
- Essential mastery of LASoc and the principle of subsidiarity.
- Ability to support, train and develop staff skills.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent command of French; knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage.
