IT Systems Engineering Specialist (m/f/d)

Troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues in 2nd level support (hardware and software) as well as close cooperation with 1st level support and escalation management
Analysis and fault diagnosis of system, network and application problems to ensure stable IT operations
Planning, execution and management of IT infrastructure projects such as network upgrades, server migrations, cloud integration or data centre relocations
Coordination and alignment with internal and external stakeholders (IT teams, departments, service providers) as well as preparation of project plans and status reports
Support in the administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory and other IT systems as well as documentation of processes and solutions in the ticket system
Qualifications:
Completed IT training as well as many years of experience in managing IT infrastructure projects and in IT support with a focus on 2nd level support
Comprehensive know-how in networks, server structures, virtualisation and cloud technologies (e.g. Microsoft Azure) as well as experience in IT security
Analytical, solution-oriented and communicative personality with a high degree of independence and a pronounced hands-on mentality
Very good German and English skills spoken and written, French an advantage
