IT Systems Support (m/f/d)

In doing so, you will accompany exciting digitalisation projects, optimise existing systems, and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:
A motivated team and a varied environment with internal and external customers at the centre
Open corporate culture with flat hierarchies, flexible working time models, and the possibility of home office
Internal first-level support for market applications and insurance-related concerns
Recording, reviewing, and coordinating technical requirements and forwarding them to application management
Leading and participating in projects as well as implementing measures to improve data quality
Creating and maintaining documents, information, and training for systems and processes
Qualifications:
Completed insurance or IT training (FA, HF or FH) and ideally experience in the insurance industry as well as in support
High customer orientation and communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders
Analytical thinking, pronounced problem-solving skills, and a flair for IT and software
Independent, structured, and responsible working style combined with teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
Very good German skills, Italian is an advantage
