Private Customer Advisor

We are seeking a customer- and service-oriented personality for a renowned bank

Tasks

• Welcoming customers
• Goal-oriented initial/short consultation with private customers (team support) in the core areas
• Accounts/Payments/Savings
• Pension account
• Investing (providing prospectus knowledge, opening securities accounts, receiving and recording stock exchange orders)
• Financing (owner-occupied residential property and personal loans)
• Identifying, managing and referring customer potentials in all core areas (cross-selling/appointment scheduling)
• Active customer approach within market development (e.g. sales opportunities from campaigns)
• Various assistance tasks and general administration
• Reporting to superiors and reporting competitor observations in daily business
• Taking on special tasks

Requirements

• Bank apprenticeship or initial banking experience
• Experience in customer contact
• Customer- and service-oriented
• Flexible, team player, reliable
