Senior Frontend Developer 80-100%
This is what your daily work looks like
- At the core: You design the frontends of the future for performance review and cost approval, working with a modern technology stack – from Angular and Nx with Ngrx, Jest, Vitest and Playwright to REST interfaces, OIDC, CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes.
- Initially, you take the lead in the frontend working group, design the new frontends, develop the MVP, and build and establish shared component foundations as well as a scalable design system.
- You implement and are responsible for secure, architecture-compliant, user-friendly and accessible solutions, ensuring high quality with automated tests and code reviews.
- As a member of a DevOps organisation, you accompany the software from conception to operation, collaborate with multiple teams, share your knowledge and coach developers in implementing the new frontend solutions.
- You work daily with modern engineering practices such as Clean Code, Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design and functional programming principles.
- You continuously expand your domain knowledge around performance review and cost approval and actively contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What you bring with you
- First and foremost: You have been developing frontends with modern web technologies for at least five years and enjoy solving even complex challenges.
- You have experience with Storybook.js, Figma and aligning with existing component libraries as well as with Angular, TypeScript, Nx and modern web technologies. Additional UI/UX knowledge is a plus.
- You have a foundation from a degree or IT training; exciting career paths outside traditional routes are equally welcome.
- You use modern, AI-supported engineering tools purposefully, critically review their results and take responsibility for quality, security and careful handling of data.
- Developing clean, sustainable and maintainable code is second nature to you. You keep your technological and methodological knowledge up to date and understand refactoring and legacy code as part of sustainable software development.
- You enjoy working across teams and taking responsibility. You support your colleagues with your knowledge, communicate competently and live a Lean-Agile mindset according to SAFe.
Good reasons - typical CSS
- Work flexibly: Your team often works from home or on the go. Thanks to a laptop with an integrated SIM card and other technical possibilities, this is no problem.
- Keep learning: Stay up to date thanks to our Software Engineering Academy, Innovation Days and attending external conferences.
- Enjoy your wallet: Benefits such as bonuses, Reka cards, discounted health insurance premiums and more, which can quickly add up to several thousand per year.
- Choose your holiday model: 5 or 6 weeks of holiday? Your decision. Accordingly, you work 41 or 42 hours per week.
- Take a break: Home renovation, world travel or learning languages – what is your dream? Celebrate your 10-year anniversary with a two-month sabbatical.
- Enjoy your family life: Take time for your offspring: 3 weeks for fathers, up to 20 weeks for mothers. In addition, there are generous child and education allowances.
