Senior Accountant (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 120,000Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive management of accounting
- Cross-departmental collaboration with other departments and active participation in various projects
- Responsibility for organising the finance department and optimising financial processes
- Reporting key figures and reports to departments and management
- Independent preparation of quarterly and monthly financial statements
- Building up the controlling department
- Digitalisation and optimisation of processes in the finance department
Qualifications:
- Completed further education specialising in accounting/controlling
- At least 4 years of professional experience in finance and accounting (including confidence in closing accounts)
- ERP experience with Navision and proficient in using the MS Office suite
- Solid financial knowledge and entrepreneurial thinking
- Structured, committed and open personality who enjoys contributing new ideas
- Hands-on mentality as well as proactive and independent in dealing with problems
- Experienced in dealing with external agencies, partners, suppliers and customers
