MPA / Medical Secretary Radiology Radio-Oncology

The Radiology Plus team is an alliance of several established radiological institutes in the cantons of Thurgau and St. Gallen, including the radiological departments of the cantonal hospitals Frauenfeld and Münsterlingen under one roof. Our portfolio covers practically the entire range of imaging diagnostics, interventional radiology, nuclear medicine, and radiotherapy.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

MPA / Medical Secretary Radiology Radio-Oncology

You will take on

• Reception and administrative admission of patients
• Initial comprehensive patient intake and assessment during appointment scheduling
• Appointment coordination for the medical consultation
• Support of doctors in administrative and organisational tasks
• First point of contact for internal and external enquiries
• Management of reporting (writing reports from dictaphone)
• Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments
• Blood sampling for the laboratory (capillary and venous blood draws, urine samples)
• Maintaining service recording (billing according to TARMED)
• Ordering system
• Completion of all general secretarial tasks
• Cross-location activity or rotation at the cantonal hospitals Münsterlingen and Frauenfeld is required

You bring with you

• Trained MPA or medical secretary with further training as a consultation assistant is an advantage
• Professional experience in the medical field and good knowledge of medical terminology
• Good, confident PC skills (MS Office) and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new PC programmes
• Cheerful, responsible, team-oriented and motivated personality
• Enjoyment and empathy in dealing with patients
