To strengthen our team based in the Yverdon region with a Biotech client, we are looking for a consultant:
QA Engineering Biotech M/F
Your mission is to work between the Quality Engineering, Automation and Operations teams to ensure GMP compliance of equipment, systems and production activities.
Your mission:
- Provide quality support for Engineering and Operations activities.
- Participate in qualification and validation activities of GMP equipment and systems.
- Review and approve associated quality documentation (protocols, reports, deviations, CAPA, Change Controls).
- Collaborate with Engineering, Automation, Metrology and Manufacturing teams.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, Data Integrity and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in risk analyses and quality investigations.
- Contribute to regulatory inspections and audits.
- Support projects related to GMP equipment, automated systems and infrastructures.
Your Profile:
- Holder of a Bachelor or Master Degree in Pharmaceutical Production or Quality Assurance
- You must have at least 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry on Operations, Engineering and Validation activities. GMP/GXP context.
- You have proven experience in CSV, equipment qualification or metrology on automated systems, production equipment and instrumentation.
- You have demonstrated a real ability to work interface with multidisciplinary teams.
