Sales Trainer

Responsibilities

• You develop and conduct practical sales training in various formats – directly on the sales floor, in training rooms or digitally. You combine the different learning methods sensibly.
• You develop sales competence along our "5 Moments of Truth" – from active customer approach through needs assessment and emotional consultation to successful sales completion.
• You specifically strengthen sales techniques such as questioning techniques, storytelling, objection handling as well as up- and cross-selling.
• You convey sales-relevant specialist knowledge about jewellery and watches and translate product features into convincing customer benefits.
• You enable our store managers to effectively coach their teams in everyday sales and derive concrete improvement measures from sales figures.

Requirements

• Several years of proven successful experience in active, consultation-intensive sales.
• Strong competence in sales techniques, especially in communication, needs assessment, argumentation and closing techniques.
• You bring strong sales competence and enjoy passing on your knowledge and enthusiasm to others. Experience in the jewellery, watch or premium segment is welcome but not a prerequisite. What matters is your motivation to familiarise yourself with our product world.
• Joy and skill in inspiring people, coaching them and sustainably developing their sales behaviour.
• Experience in designing and conducting training as well as openness to different learning formats.
• Very good German and French skills as well as willingness to travel within Switzerland.
