About us:
Nano Coffee Sàrl is a key player in the region for the supply, rental and maintenance of professional coffee machines and event equipment. To strengthen our technical team and ensure excellent service to our clients (businesses, parties), we are looking for a versatile and passionate customer service technician.

Your main tasks:

Customer follow-up & monthly readings: Conduct monthly visits to our partner companies to take meter readings of coffee machines and assess the general condition of the supplies.

Maintenance and repair: Carry out diagnostics, preventive maintenance and repairs (in workshop and on-site) of coffee machines of various brands as well as party equipment (deep fryers, grills, etc.)

Preparation and logistics: Check and test party equipment before each deployment and upon return from rentals to ensure perfect functioning

Customer service & emergencies: Advise customers on equipment use and respond quickly in case of breakdowns, especially during events in the high season

Administrative management: Write intervention reports

Your profile:

Technical training (Federal VET Diploma as electromechanic, electrician, appliance mechanic or equivalent training)

Proven experience in troubleshooting (experience with coffee machines is a strong advantage)

Category B driving licence required

Autonomy, thoroughness and organisational skills

Flexibility in working hours (availability for weekend shifts during party season)

Fluency in French (spoken and written).
