E-commerce Sector Manager (M/F)

You will ensure the operational, commercial and financial management of our e-commerce and stock management activities, spread over two sites (Le Mont-sur-Lausanne and Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne). You will benefit from wide autonomy in managing and developing your sector, while ensuring the performance of activities and the quality of socio-professional support.

You report directly to the Operations Director.

Contract type: Permanent full-time

Location: Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne

Main tasks

• Manage and oversee all e-commerce shop activities, notably for our clients DeinDeal, Realdeals.ch, VAC.ch and Swiss ProLine: organisation, deadline and resource management, offer monitoring, corrective actions, etc.
• Ensure the economic performance of the sector: profitability, budget preparation and monitoring, cost and margin analysis, indicator tracking
• Participate in commercial development, client retention and partnership development.
• Lead, unite and support multisite teams (spread over 2 sites, supervising around thirty employees with disabilities), in an environment combining operational requirements and socio-professional mission.
• Develop and optimise work processes to guarantee service quality, operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Actively engage in daily operations, support teams on the ground and contribute to the implementation and optimisation of infrastructure, organisation and work processes.

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma and/or higher education in sales or commerce, complemented by several years of experience in managing B2B and/or B2C e-commerce activities
• Proven team management experience, with unifying leadership and the ability to mobilise teams around common goals.
• Excellent communication skills, dynamic and positive personality, inspiring confidence through seriousness and reliability.
• Strong skills in operational management, stock management and economic performance monitoring.
• Developed customer service sense and ease in managing commercial relationships.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and decision-making skills, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with digital tools and working with an ERP
• Knowledge of German and/or English is a plus
• Interest in the institutional environment
• Mobility within the canton of Vaud
