Due to personnel changes, we are recruiting for the location management in Buchs an entrepreneurial-minded individual as Location Manager Real Estate Marketing 80-100% (a).

Your main tasks:

In this market-oriented leadership role, you take responsibility in the areas of acquisition, marketing, and consulting. Your main tasks include:

• Marketing of residential and investment properties in the Werdenberg–Sarganserland region
• Comprehensive mandate management from acquisition to sales completion
• Advising owners, prospective buyers, and investors
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality management and marketing processes
• Leading the branch and collaborating with internal specialist departments
• Maintaining and expanding your regional network

Your profile:

You have experience in real estate marketing and impress with negotiation skills as well as a strong customer orientation. Further requirements are:

• Several years of experience in real estate marketing
• Network in the Werdenberg–Sarganserland region
• Independent, structured working style
• High quality standards and sense of responsibility
• Confidence in negotiations and empathetic personality
• Good MS Office skills and affinity for digital tools
• Real estate professional training (federal diploma, fiduciary or MAS)
