Security Network Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 115,000Our ROCKEN® partner is the contact for large-scale telecommunications services. The customer is always the focus, as is the service offered. It is of utmost importance to our partner to optimally meet the needs of the customers.
Responsibilities:
Implementation and optimisation of network security solutions (e.g. firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
Development and implementation of security architectures and concepts as well as proactive analysis and resolution of security incidents in the network
Maintenance and further development of IP networks with the highest security standards
Operation and optimisation of access platforms (FTTH, HFC)
Consulting and training of internal teams on IT security topics
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science, IT security or comparable education
Several years of experience as a network engineer, ideally in the provider environment
Sound knowledge of network technologies (MPLS, BGP, OSPF) and security solutions
Strong communication skills and technical understanding
Willingness for on-call duty, night work and very good German language skills
