Health and Ultra-Cleanliness Sector Manager at 100% for the Lausanne Region

As part of our development, we are looking for:

Your mission:

• Deploy staff in accordance with the work plan
• Control the quality of work and report to the group manager
• Anticipate and ensure the supply of products and materials on site
• Organise, start and optimise the work
• Ensure the distribution and collection of all or part of the timesheets
• Gather and prepare documents for employee payroll
• Anticipate and prepare replacement schedules during holidays
• Report to the group manager all information concerning operations such as equipment breakdowns, technical problems or service quality
• Communicate and control the application of HSE measures
• Participate in incident analysis

Your profile:

• You have recognised experience as a supervisor of cleaning services in a healthcare facility or ultra-clean area
• You have thorough knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to the healthcare and/or ultra-clean environment
• You are autonomous, punctual, rigorous, organised, with attention to detail
• You have good listening skills and know how to support a team
• You are willing to work long hours, mainly in the evening
• You are able to work across several sites around Lausanne and demonstrate good adaptability to the demands, constraints and specificities of each site

• You know how to prioritise and manage unforeseen events

• You have excellent computer skills, especially with the MS Office Suite
• You hold a driving licence, essential for the position (company vehicle provided)
