Property Manager with Focus on Condominium Ownership (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 110,000Role:
As a property manager at our ROCKEN partner, you will build up the condominium ownership division and take on the professional responsibility for a growing portfolio. You will develop efficient management processes, lead owners' meetings, and ensure the care of the communities. Together with the teams for facility management and digitalisation, you will shape modern procedures and contribute your entrepreneurial ideas. The position is intended to start on 1 January 2027 or by agreement.
Responsibilities:
You will establish the new condominium ownership division and develop the processes for a portfolio whose management starts in mid-2027 and grows significantly in 2028.
You will have professional responsibility for managing the condominium owners' communities. You will prepare, lead owners' meetings, and ensure follow-up and implementation of resolutions.
You will establish efficient and digitally supported management processes together with the facility management and digitalisation teams.
As a contact person, you will support owners, service providers, craftsmen, caretakers, and authorities.
You will coordinate repairs, maintenance work, and renovations and manage the commissioned service providers in facility management.
You will prepare budgets, reports, accounts, and market analyses and check the structural condition through regular property inspections.
During the build-up phase, you will additionally support the management of rental apartments until your portfolio reaches full capacity.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in property management as well as solid expertise in condominium ownership form your practical foundation.
You have completed the Swiss federal certificate as a property manager and have experience in preparing and leading owners' meetings.
You have good knowledge of property accounting as well as tenancy law, leasehold law, and condominium ownership law.
You enjoy and confidently use digital tools and software.
You communicate fluently in German and English.
You combine initiative and entrepreneurial thinking with enthusiasm for building up a new division.
You are characterised by assertiveness, resilience, and an open approach to people.
