Trust Accountant 80-100%

You will be responsible for the accounting follow-up of a client portfolio and contribute to the preparation of closings, account control, and support for principals.
Permanent contract - 80-100% rate

Desired profile

• Completed training in accounting, finance or an equivalent qualification
• Proven experience within a Swiss fiduciary is essential
• Good command of general accounting and closing operations
• Knowledge of personal and corporate taxation is an asset
• Knowledge of VAT is an asset
• Rigorous, organised, autonomous person capable of managing several files simultaneously
• Proficiency in common IT tools

• Ensure the general accounting of a client portfolio
• Prepare periodic closings and participate in the preparation of annual accounts
• Check the consistency and accuracy of accounts
• Prepare files and documents necessary for the follow-up of mandates
• Ensure the administrative and accounting follow-up of entrusted files
• Maintain regular contact with clients and respond to their routine requests
• Manage priorities and ensure deadlines are met
