As a DevOps Engineer (Azure), you actively shape modern cloud and operational platforms. Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructures form your technical playground. Automation is central, from scripts through infrastructure as code to end-to-end deployment processes. Together with development teams, IT operations and external technology partners, you bring stability and speed together.
Responsibilities:
You operate and further develop cloud and on-premises infrastructures and automate their operation.
Furthermore, you build and continuously maintain modern deployment and automation processes.
You develop scripts as well as infrastructure-as-code solutions and automate recurring tasks including IAM processes.
You reliably manage technical platform components, certificates and permissions.
Additionally, you optimise monitoring, system stability and performance.
You also advise on changes and releases and drive the further development of DevOps practices.
Qualifications:
You have completed training or studies in computer science or a comparable qualification.
You have practical experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
Automation, scripting with PowerShell, Bash or Python as well as infrastructure as code are among your strengths.
Furthermore, knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring and modern operational processes is advantageous.
Experience in software development, for example with C# or Java, rounds off your profile.
You also communicate confidently in English and are prepared for occasional on-call and support duties.
