Foreman / Heating Team Leader

On behalf of one of our clients, a well-established company in the heating sector, we are seeking an experienced Foreman / Heating Team Leader, capable of managing and executing heating works in the canton of Neuchâtel. We are looking for a true professional, autonomous, versatile, and with solid experience gained in Switzerland. We guarantee the utmost confidentiality in handling your application.

Foreman / Heating Team Leader

Your tasks

• Organise, coordinate and supervise work on construction sites.
• Manage installation teams and ensure the quality of work.
• Ensure the installation and replacement of boilers and heat pumps.
• Carry out and supervise the installation of radiators and underfloor heating systems.
• Work on heating installations for new builds and renovations.
• Perform maintenance, fault-finding and repairs.
• Ensure deadlines, technical standards and safety regulations are respected.
• Guarantee careful execution of work and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in Switzerland, verifiable by work certificates or reliable references.
• Excellent knowledge of various heating techniques and installations.
• Proven skills in boiler, heat pump, radiator and underfloor heating installations.
• Strong experience in both new works and renovation and repair.
• Ability to manage a team and organise work efficiently.
• Highly autonomous, rigorous, responsible and proactive.
• Ability to quickly find solutions to technical problems encountered on site.
• Category B driving licence essential.
