In order to continue our development and strengthen our team in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a:
Personnel Advisor
Your mission

Identify, recruit and select profiles suited to our clients' needs: sourcing, interviews and skills assessment;

Advise and support candidates in their job search and offer them opportunities matching their profile;

Ensure the administrative management of placements and files, as well as the follow-up of assignments in compliance with legal requirements;

Advise our clients, understand their staffing needs and provide them with responsive and personalised support;

Build customer loyalty and develop new contacts and partnerships with companies in the region;

Actively contribute to the smooth running of the agency and the team dynamic.
Your profile

You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical or commercial field, a higher professional tertiary-level qualification or an equivalent recognised title;

You are well acquainted with La Chaux-de-Fonds, its region and its economic fabric;

You have a sense of contact and enjoy exchanges with a variety of interlocutors;

Organised, autonomous and solution-oriented, you know how to manage priorities and take initiatives;
-
Experience in recruitment, personnel placement, HR or a commercial role is an asset;

You are comfortable with digital tools and hold a valid driving licence.
