Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a technically skilled professional as HVAC / BIM Building Services Planner to contribute to demanding and sustainable building projects. You will support project management in planning heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling and sanitary systems and work on projects within interdisciplinary planning teams. A central focus is on BIM-supported building services planning with Revit and AutoCAD as well as coordination with architecture, structural engineering, electrical planning and construction management. The role combines modern HVAC planning and BIM with energy-efficient and sustainable building concepts.
Responsibilities:
Participation in the planning and design of HVAC systems for demanding building projects
Support of project management in conceptual design, planning and execution planning of building services
Creation and editing of 3D specialist models with Revit as well as technical planning documents with AutoCAD
Participation in BIM-based planning and model coordination within integral project teams
Technical processing and dimensioning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling and sanitary systems
Coordination of building services with architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering and construction management
Conducting clash detection and interface checks within digital building models
Creation and maintenance of project, execution, schematic and detail plans
Support with technical calculations, quantity surveys and tender documentation
Participation in the development of energy-efficient and sustainable building services concepts
Integration of requirements from energy efficiency, decarbonisation and sustainable building into planning
Ensuring structured BIM and project documentation throughout the relevant planning phases
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training EFZ in building services, HVAC or comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in planning heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling or sanitary systems is an advantage
Knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD as well as interest in BIM-based planning methods
Technical understanding of HVAC systems and integral building services planning
Knowledge of BIM, 3D modelling and digital planning coordination is an advantage
Professional interest in energy efficiency, sustainable building and climate-neutral building planning
Good German language skills spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
