Your tasks with the new employer:
- You will take responsibility for key areas of financial accounting and assist with monthly and annual financial statements with great accuracy, thereby making a significant contribution to reliable financial reporting
- The control and posting of payroll entries, preparation of VAT returns and reconciliation of relevant financial and social security accounts are carried out in close cooperation with various internal departments
- Additionally, you will take on tasks in controlling, support inventory valuation, manage parts of fixed asset and operational accounting, and actively contribute to the optimisation of existing financial processes
- Deputising duties in accounts receivable, accounts payable and payment transactions as well as participation in projects and cross-departmental tasks ensure a varied and diverse range of responsibilities
You offer your new employer:
- A completed training as an accounting clerk or a certified finance and accounting specialist with a federal diploma or an equivalent commercial qualification forms the ideal basis for this responsible position
- Professional experience in finance and accounting with sound knowledge in general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, controlling as well as further training in the finance sector additionally support your successful start
- Very good user knowledge of ERP systems and confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, complement your expertise as well as knowledge of Swiss accounting and internal control systems
- Analytical thinking, a structured and precise way of working, as well as strong teamwork skills and enthusiasm for digital developments characterise your personality sustainably
