• You prepare the basis for budgets, annual financial statements, projections, operational accounting and service agreements and support their operational implementation.
• In budget discussions, you prepare the necessary documents, accompany the discussions and keep an eye on the financial developments of the individual cost centres.
• You further develop forecasts, financial reports and controlling instruments and prepare meaningful evaluations, analyses and decision-making bases.
• You establish process management in the finance area, document workflows and further develop finance and controlling processes.
• As a competent contact person, you support employees and managers with business management questions, conduct training on financial topics and participate in projects.

• You have a commercial basic education and have further trained in finance and accounting (federal specialist certificate).
• Thanks to at least five years of professional experience in finance and accounting, you are well acquainted with the operational requirements. Experience in an administration, an educational or social institution or a comparable environment is an advantage.
• You have sound knowledge in accounting, cost accounting and controlling and understand how to recognise financial contexts beyond individual figures and cost centres.
• You work confidently and proficiently with SAP and MS Office, especially Excel. Your strong affinity for numbers helps you to prepare evaluations and analyses in a structured way and derive relevant insights from them.
• You work independently, reliably and service-oriented and at the same time bring the necessary hands-on mentality to tackle operational tasks on your own. In exchange with different specialist areas, you communicate clearly and understandably and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration.
