Head Waiter/Waitress in Brasserie
Job Description
A true operational relay on the ground, you actively participate in the smooth running of services and ensure a quality experience for customers.
Your main duties will include:
- Organising and supervising the smooth running of services
- Coordinating, supporting and uniting the front-of-house teams
- Actively participating in service and remaining present on the floor
- Ensuring an effective allocation of sections and tasks
- Guaranteeing the fluidity and quality of service
- Welcoming, advising and assisting customers with professionalism
- Handling special requests and any complaints
- Ensuring compliance with the establishment's standards
- Maintaining excellent communication between the dining room, kitchen and management
- Participating in the integration and support of colleagues
Profile Sought
You have proven experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role, ideally gained in a brasserie or traditional restaurant.
A hands-on professional, you are recognised for your organisation, responsiveness and ability to support a team while remaining fully operational during service.
You have an excellent appearance, a genuine sense of hospitality and a strong customer focus.
Fluency in English is essential for this position.
