What is my role?

Do you want to ensure that our internal IT systems run smoothly so that over 200 employees can work optimally? Do you like taking responsibility and want to further develop our future IT landscape?

After a thorough introduction at the campus in Rothenburg, a variety of tasks await you at our client, which you will perform as a team leader with other system engineers and apprentices in internal systems engineering:

Internal IT Systems:

• Ensuring the operation of IT systems and components at the locations in Rothenburg and Münchenstein (networks, servers, clients)

• Incident Management: Independent handling of tickets and ensuring systematic processing of all incidents (first and second level support)

• Installing and updating systems and applications

• Further development of processes and systems with internal and external experts (e.g. security, network)

Campus Infrastructure:

• Incident management and organisation of daily business

• Organisation and monitoring of systems with internal and external experts

• Technical support and preparation of events

• Proactive action and optimisation of operational tasks for the entire technical infrastructure

Vocational Training:

• Responsibility as a trainer for the IT specialisation in platform development EFZ

• Professional support of apprentices in internal IT

What do I need to be successful?

• A solid education in computer science and good knowledge of Microsoft client and server platforms

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role as a team leader

• Excellent organisational and communication skills, which you use purposefully for the ongoing improvement of the service offering

• A strong service and customer orientation

• Willingness to work evening shifts and flexible working hours
