Your tasks: No day is like any other

• Active, charming approach and advice to international customers

• Successful sale of exclusive premium products (finest chocolate, fine spirits, wines & cigars)

• Achieving and exceeding personal as well as team-based sales targets

• Targeted cross- and upselling to maximise sales opportunities

• Creating a unique shopping experience through excellent customer service

• Ensuring an extremely appealing product presentation and optimal availability

• Assisting with inventories and adhering to strict quality and safety standards

Your profile: Sales talent with flexibility

• Essential solid experience in sales and active customer advice

• Proven joy in selling and absolute determination to achieve goals

• Essential good English skills as well as at least B2 German skills (spoken)

• A confident, well-groomed and highly professional appearance

• Absolute service orientation and great enjoyment in dealing with international guests

• Team spirit, independence and a high degree of personal responsibility

• Important: Extraordinary flexibility regarding working hours. You are ready for shift work (Monday to Sunday, 05:00 to 22:15). Starting work at 05:00 is no problem for you. Assignments on weekends and public holidays are part of your regular working routine.
