Role:
Many companies use the Microsoft cloud, but few really exploit its potential. This is where you come in. As a Modern Workplace Consultant, you operate between strategic consulting and practical engineering. Your focus is on Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure, where you design and implement viable solutions yourself. Technical depth and customer proximity go hand in hand for you.
Responsibilities:
You develop roadmaps and concepts for modernising workplaces.
This includes the introduction of Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online in customer environments.
For automations, you use PowerShell and document your solutions comprehensibly.
You define security and compliance requirements and implement them with Intune and Entra ID.
You plan scalable cloud infrastructures and bring them into operation together with customers.
Additionally, you act as a sparring partner for technical questions and train key users for everyday use.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience with M365, Azure, or both platforms distinguish you.
You are familiar with Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online from practice and understand how the services interact.
You have completed a degree in computer science or business informatics, or alternatively a comparable IT education.
Furthermore, you have realised cloud projects from the initial idea to the finished solution and ideally hold Microsoft certifications.
You approach people openly, present yourself confidently, and find pragmatic solutions even for tricky questions.
You also plan your work independently and express yourself fluently in German, both orally and in writing.
