For our client, an established institution in the social sector in the Seeland region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced HR Generalist 50–60%. In this newly oriented role, you will take on a versatile operational HR area of responsibility and at the same time have the opportunity to sustainably professionalise existing structures and processes. A respectful working environment, flexible working days and a high degree of independence characterise the position. The workplace is very easily accessible by car.
Your tasks with the new employer
- You will independently be responsible for personnel administration along the entire employee lifecycle with contracts, changes, entries and exits as well as work references
- You support employees and managers with personnel and labour law questions and accompany cases of illness and accidents in cooperation with external bodies
- You accompany recruitment processes from job posting through applicant management to interviews
- You analyse existing HR processes, templates and regulations and further develop processes especially in the areas of recruitment, entries and exits as well as absence management
You offer your new employer
- You bring further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in a generalist HR function as well as good knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Very good German skills and confident handling of digital HR applications complete your profile; knowledge of Nexus is an advantage
- You are a down-to-earth, independent and implementation-strong personality with a pragmatic mindset and enjoy taking responsibility
