Finance and Accounting Specialist - Sarnen (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a company in the real estate sector. They offer not only rental and management services but also the sale and purchase of properties.
Responsibilities:
You handle ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger)
You prepare and compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and IFRS
You check and post invoices, perform account reconciliations, and maintain master data
You support cost centre accounting as well as the preparation of budgets and forecasts
You prepare VAT returns and process them, and also assist with tax declarations
You create business management evaluations and analyses
You identify and implement improvements in accounting and financial processes
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a federally certified specialist in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in an internationally active company
You have sound knowledge of Swiss tax and financial law as well as confident use of accounting software (e.g. SAP, Abacus)
You are characterised by a high degree of personal responsibility, accuracy, reliability, and analytical thinking
You communicate very well in German; English skills are an advantage
