About the job
With a view to the retirement of our long-standing colleague in 2027, we are looking for a committed person to take over responsibility for our clients in French-speaking Switzerland and actively contribute to their development, starting 1 March 2027.
Your tasks
- You ensure the technical and administrative management of our corporate client portfolio and contribute to its development (external service accounts for about 40% of the activity).
- You specifically support our members in French-speaking Switzerland and thus participate in the development of our insurance offering in this region.
- You handle the entire insurance process: needs analysis, preparation and comparison of offers, negotiations with insurance companies, contract conclusion and claims handling.
Required profile
- You meet the requirements for registration with FINMA as an insurance intermediary and have experience in advising companies, particularly in the areas of property insurance, liability, motor vehicles and personal insurance (excluding occupational pension schemes).
- You communicate clearly, listen to clients and enjoy teamwork. Even in demanding situations, you demonstrate resilience and seek appropriate solutions. You are willing to travel within French-speaking Switzerland for client appointments.
- You express yourself fluently in French and have good oral knowledge of German.
- You work independently, in a structured and rigorous manner, while maintaining an overview when several client requests, offers and claims are ongoing.
What we offer
We offer you a varied role with great autonomy, short decision-making processes and a wide scope for action. You will also benefit from modern employment conditions, a motivated team with an open and collegiate working atmosphere, as well as a company car.
We look forward to meeting you.
