Within our Contact Center at the headquarters in Vernier/Geneva, we provide our members with a unique customer experience through competent and personalised advice.

As part of the development of our Insurance Competence Centre (KompZ), we are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented personalities with an excellent advisory sense. You will support our members and prospects in the world of insurance and TCS mobility solutions, within a national and multichannel environment.

Your challenges

• Advise and support our members, clients and prospects by phone and in writing.
• Identify their needs and offer them suitable solutions from the various TCS insurance and mobility offers.
• Carry out sales development and retention activities, respecting customer needs.
• Ensure the processing, follow-up and conversion of sales opportunities.
• Prepare, send and follow up insurance offers until contracts are concluded.
• Perform administrative tasks related to offers, contracts and client files.
• Work closely with our insurance partners as well as with the various internal TCS departments.
• Actively participate in training, meetings, projects and continuous improvement initiatives of the Competence Centre.

What you bring

• You have initial successful experience in customer advice, customer service, sales or the insurance sector.
• You have excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written, and are able to advise customers in both languages.
• You enjoy telephone contact and have excellent communication skills.
• You are able to listen, analyse needs and propose suitable solutions.
• You have a taste for sales advice and are customer- and results-oriented.
• You demonstrate team spirit, autonomy and a high sense of responsibility.
• You know how to handle objections, targets and busy periods.
• You are proficient with common IT tools and comfortable with CRM tools and digital platforms.
• You hold the AFA insurance intermediary certification or the IAF certified insurance and pension advisor qualification, or are willing to obtain it within the required timeframe after starting. An already acquired certification is a major advantage.
