Clinical Nurse Scientist 60-80%

Your contribution counts - this is what awaits you with us
- You will establish a research programme in a clinical focus area or on nurse-sensitive outcomes, successfully acquire third-party funding, and take responsibility for research projects from conception to implementation.
- You will shape the further development of nurse-sensitive outcomes as well as PROMs and PREMs and take on the professional leadership of corresponding development activities.
- You will promote scientific junior staff, supervise master’s theses and dissertations, and actively contribute to teaching.
- You will advise researchers and clinical teams on methodological issues.
- You will anchor your research in clinical practice and remain closely connected to patient care through a role as CNS or NP.
- You will engage in professional committees and working groups and help shape the further development of nursing sciences at USZ and beyond.
What convinces us
- Master’s degree in nursing as well as a doctorate in nursing science, public health, health sciences or a related field
- Habilitation or the motivation to obtain one
- Independent research profile in a clinical focus area or nurse-sensitive outcomes is an advantage
- Clinical expertise as CNS or NP as well as experience in acute care
- Solid methodological skills in quantitative research and implementation science.
- Experience in project management and in transferring evidence into clinical practice
- Very good German and English skills and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration complete your profile
