Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, one of the largest consulting firms in Switzerland in the areas of fiduciary services, auditing, management consulting as well as tax and legal advice with around 550 employees at eleven locations, we are looking for a dynamic reinforcement for the accounting & controlling department at the St. Gallen location. You will take on a versatile range of tasks between accounting, consolidation and controlling and work closely with the CFO. In a appreciative, family-like environment with a lived informal culture, you actively contribute.
Responsibilities:
You assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
You independently manage the accounting of smaller group companies
You contribute to consolidation and group financial statements and are responsible for intercompany invoicing and reconciliations
You handle accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
You participate in projects to further develop accounting and controlling, including ERP topics
You take over liquidity planning for the corporate group
You support internal projects in direct collaboration with the CFO and deputise in payroll processing/preliminary payroll recording
Qualifications:
You have a degree in business administration (university/fachhochschule) with a focus on finance and accounting/controlling or a professional certificate in finance and accounting
You bring experience in accounting and controlling
You have good knowledge of MS Office applications; Abacus knowledge is an advantage
You are open, flexible and team-oriented
You work solution-oriented and pragmatically
