In this role, you accompany customers on their journey to the modern Microsoft Cloud with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure. You use current technologies, provide personal advice, and develop customised solutions in which you consistently integrate security as a central element. You take responsibility for concepts, services, and customer projects and ensure that technical requirements as well as high security standards are met. Furthermore, you identify opportunities in existing environments and actively drive the further development of the Microsoft cloud solutions used. Through your collegial, straightforward manner, you foster collaboration on an equal footing and thus strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- You advise customers on Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, and cloud services and jointly develop suitable solutions.
- In this role, you analyse requirements, conduct workshops and consulting sessions, and accompany customers from conception to implementation.
- As a Microsoft 365 Azure Consultant Engineer, you design and implement SharePoint, collaboration, and Azure solutions including modern cloud architectures.
- You plan and implement solutions with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online and integrate security, identity, compliance, and governance into your concepts.
- In this role, you accompany the migration of existing systems to the Azure Cloud, independently or collaboratively implement Azure projects, and identify optimisation potential with customers.
- As a Microsoft 365 Azure Consultant Engineer, you take responsibility for customer projects, support presales and solution design, drive our Microsoft cloud and managed service portfolio forward, and continuously develop your skills.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in computer science and have several years of professional experience in the Microsoft environment.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure as well as practical experience with several technologies such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Defender, Azure IaaS/PaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, and PowerShell.
- You enjoy direct customer contact and can communicate technical topics clearly and convincingly.
- You bring experience in consulting, advising, and supporting customer projects and develop customers both professionally and strategically.
- You act entrepreneurially and customer-oriented, work independently, and proactively implement improvement potential with your own ideas.
- You have impeccable German skills and good English skills.
