Do you want to implement versatile infrastructure projects and manage modern IT systems in a varied environment? In this position, you are responsible for the reliable operation and continuous development of IT platforms. You combine classic on-premises infrastructures with cloud services, support internal teams as well as external customers, and contribute to national and international technology projects.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning, coordination, and implementation of ICT infrastructure projects from conception to commissioning.
Ensuring operation and further development of complex IT system landscapes for internal organisational units and external customers.
Administration and optimisation of a predominantly on-premises-based infrastructure with integrated cloud services.
Handling demanding technical issues in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as analysing and sustainably resolving system faults.
Introducing new technologies, improving existing IT services, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting planned maintenance windows outside regular working hours.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a system engineer, system administrator, or in a comparable role in IT infrastructure.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Solid know-how in network technology, including firewalls, routing, switching, and WLAN.
Knowledge in operating Linux systems, ideally Debian, as well as interest in IT security, cloud technologies, and modern workplace solutions.
Independent and structured working style, strong problem-solving skills, very good German skills, and good English skills.
