You are responsible for the medical application landscape and manage operation, modernisation, and system life cycles.
You lead a six-member team both professionally and personally and develop its competencies in a targeted manner.
You translate requirements from the clinical environment into well-thought-out solution concepts and optimise existing workflows.
You coordinate testing activities, support with complex escalations, and ensure 2nd- and 3rd-level service.
You lead projects, manage external software partners, and are responsible for resource planning, controlling, and on-call duty.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science, medical informatics, or a comparable field.
You have a solid understanding of clinical processes and inpatient treatment chains.
You bring several years of leadership experience as well as experience in managing demanding IT projects.
You are familiar with RIS, PACS, DICOM, HL7, and ITIL and can confidently assess their interaction.
You work independently, responsibly, and service-oriented and communicate very well in German.
