What is my role?

• Responsibility for the organisation and management of the spare parts warehouse

• Procurement of spare parts as well as proper goods receipt and issue

• Compilation of the required parts according to workshop orders and their administrative processing

• Recording all warehouse movements in the corresponding service and repair orders

• Compliance with and implementation of company guidelines, policies and quality standards

• Professional support and advice to colleagues in the workshop and paint shop

• Guidance and supervision of trainees

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a spare parts warehouse salesperson for workshops or logistician specialising in the truck sector

• Extensive professional experience in spare parts warehouse sales with comprehensive knowledge of truck vehicle technology

• Confident handling of commercial and technical systems as well as IT applications

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanour

• High resilience and flexibility in everyday work

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required

• Teamwork and collegial cooperation
